FAQ
-
What do you charge?
Most of my services are complimentary! I’m paid by the travel partners I work with (hotels, tour operators, cruise lines, and more) so there’s often no cost to you. If your trip is especially unique and doesn’t involve one of my trusted partners, I may charge a small planning fee, but I’ll always discuss that with you in advance. No surprises.
-
When is the best time to book my trip?
That depends on where you’re going! As a general rule, the earlier you plan, the more options and better pricing you’ll have, especially for Europe in summer or popular destinations like Ireland. For major trips, I recommend starting the planning process 9–12 months ahead when possible. That gives us time to secure the best accommodations, guides, and experiences before they book up.
-
Can you help me book flights?
Absolutely. I’m happy to help you find the best flight options and give advice on timing, routes, and pricing. In most cases, you’ll book the flights directly (it keeps things simple for changes and check-ins), but I’ll be here to guide you every step of the way, and to troubleshoot if anything goes sideways during your travels.
-
Why should I use a travel advisor instead of booking online?
Because your time and peace of mind are valuable. I take care of the research, compare trusted options, and make sure every part of your trip works seamlessly together. You’ll have a real person to reach out to before, during, and after your travels with no call centers and no guessing.
-
Do you work with groups?
Yes! Group travel is one of the best ways to explore. Whether it’s a family reunion, a friend getaway, or a themed group trip, I can help coordinate all the details. In many cases, group bookings come with extra perks like free cabins or special discounts - so it’s worth asking!

How do we get started?
Easy! Just reach out through my contact form or schedule a consultation. We’ll chat about your travel style, preferences, and budget, and start building your next adventure, planned with care.
